Sponsor Opportunities

A wide variety of promotional opportunities are available to help keep your organization's name "front and center" in the minds of conference attendees, not only during but also after their conference experience. Pick one or a combination of sponsorships, or propose your own idea to PHI2008. Don't delay, sponsorships are granted on a first-come/first-served basis. Platinum Sponsor— $10,000 (one opportunity available)

¨ Conference Bags - As the Platinum Sponsor your logo will appear alongside the PHI2008 Conference logo on the attendee bags.

¨ Literature and Giveaway - As the Platinum Sponsor you have the opportunity to distribute your company or organization brochure in the conference bags given to participants upon registration.

¨ Acknowledgements - As the Platinum Sponsor you will be thanked during the opening and closing conference sessions and recognized in the conference program, on the website and on signage.

¨ Guest Registration - As the Platinum Sponsor you will be given 2 PHI2008 guest registrations.

 

Gold Sponsor — $8,000 (one opportunity available)

¨ Literature and Giveaway - As the Gold Sponsor you have the opportunity to distribute your company or organization brochure in the conference bags given to participants upon registration.

¨ Recognition - The Gold Sponsor will be recognized as the sponsor of Thursday Night's Dinner and Social Networking Event at the Space Needle.

¨ Acknowledgements - As the Gold Sponsor you will be thanked during the opening and closing conference sessions and recognized in the conference program, on the website and on signage.

Individual Participant Scholarship — $1,000 (unlimited sponsorships available)

Co-sponsorship secures a scholarship for a first time participant from a resource-constrained setting who is asking for a conference fee waiver and financial assistance to travel.
