Room reservations are subject to availability in the group block. We encourage you to make your reservations as soon as possible. PHI2008 rate: $152 single/double occupancy, excluding state and local taxes. Roommates You can reserve a room for up to two people; however, one credit card number is necessary to guarantee the room. Once onsite, each guest will be required to submit a credit card for their portion of the bill and incidentals.

1. Take Interstate 5 North for approximately ten miles
2. Take exit 165 Seneca Street (left-hand side of freeway)
3. Follow Seneca Street two blocks and turn right on 4th Street
4. The hotel is seven blocks on the right-hand side

We have reserved additional rooms at the Edgewater Hotel. These rooms are available at $259/night excluding taxes, and this rate will prevail between September 17 and September 19, 2008. Getting from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport to the Warwick Hotel

Seattle Downtown Airporter

This shuttle serves most of the downtown hotels, including the Warwick Hotel, for a round trip fee of $18. Please contact the company directly to reserve.

Shuttle Express

Cost is approximately $35 per person one way for shared van service. Passengers are picked up and dropped off on the third floor of the Airport Garage on the inner drive.
