Call for Posters
PHI2008
September 18-19, 2008
PHI2008 invites abstracts for posters that will be included in the conference proceedings. The conference welcomes contributions related to the theme, "Envisioning Options for Integrated Public Health Information Systems for Low Resource Settings: Components, Connections, Partners, Strategies"
Suggested topics include, but are not limited to:
- E-health records for improved public health practice
- Situational awareness and surveillance.
- Scalable information and communications technology approaches for improving population health.
- Decision support and knowledge management
- Information Policy and Human Capacity Building
Submission Instructions & Deadlines
Poster abstracts due Friday, August 8, 2008

maximum 250 words
- Authors of accepted abstracts will be notified by Friday, August 22, 2008.
- At least one author must be present at the poster session.
- Posters dimensions: Maximum dimensions 3 feet wide by 2 feet tall.
All abstracts MUST be submitted to phi08@u.washington.edu using the Poster Abstract Template.
Deadline is Friday, August 8, 2008 at 11:59PM Pacific Standard Time.
Abstracts that are incomplete, late or not submitted in the appropriate format will not be considered.
